About the Georgia Soybean Commission

The Georgia Soybean Commodity Commission invests over 70% of in-state checkoff funds in research and extension programs that advance soybean production. Key initiatives include disease monitoring, cultivar development, and agronomic research. As Georgia’s Qualified State Soybean Board, the Commission also nominates growers to serve on the United Soybean Board, supporting national efforts in research, marketing, and industry growth.

Assessment forms are used to report and remit checkoff funds. Nomination forms allow growers to submit candidates for commission appointments.
