    At 150 acres, our Atlanta Market is one of the largest of its kind in the world. The Atlanta Market opened in January 1959 and has been called the "World’s Largest Roadside Fruit and Vegetable Stand". The Atlanta Market is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for truck deliveries. Most of the vendors at the Atlanta Market are open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.

    The Atlanta Market features a garden center, wholesale, and retail activities. It is a major marketing hub and distribution point for fresh produce in the Southeast and throughout the country. Several of the distributors service the entire Eastern Seaboard daily.

    Shoppers have access to a wholesale grocery store without needing a membership. In the autumn we sell pumpkins and fall trimmings such as wheat straw, gourds, and cornstalks. For winter we offer Christmas trees, wreaths, and garland. The Atlanta Market also has an onsite restaurant and a USDA Market News office.

    Established in 1942, the Augusta State Farmers Market has a rich tradition of providing both retail and wholesale Georgia Grown fresh fruits and vegetables to local restaurants, grocers, and the public.

    Attractions such as a garden center, homemade canned and baked items, seafood, pumpkin, seasonal garland, wreaths, and Christmas tree sales are available for your shopping pleasure.

    Our facility actively participates in community programs such as youth organization groups, educational school tours, and county fair exhibits. We also provide economic growth to the local community with commercial beef and dairy distribution centers.

    The Cordele State Farmers Market is the major watermelon distribution hub for the Southeast. During the watermelon season, which lasts from early June through August, the market is open from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM ; retailers are available from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

    Throughout the summer months you can find all types of Georgia grown fruits and vegetables at the market. During the offseason, there are always several retailers selling seasonal produce.

    The Macon State Farmers Market is a bustling retail market that is open seven days a week from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM. It is only closed on New Year's Day.

    The market has several vendors that are here year- round and regularly sell vegetables and fruits every day. We have a conference room that can be rented out. This conference room has a full-size kitchen and is big enough for about 75 people.

    Our vendors also sell a large quantity and selection of Christmas trees beginning on November 15th through Christmas.

    Our market is host to a bakery, florist, party rental and banquet room, CDL school, and a portable building dealership.

    The Moultrie Farmers Market is a major shipping point for cabbage, peppers and other vegetables grown locally in the Moultrie area. We have two retail and wholesale businesses, Market Produce and Kersey Produce.

    Our Valdosta Farmers Market features retail sales of fruits and vegetables and shipping of locally-grown vegetables. We have two retail and wholesale businesses, Farmer Brown’s and Carter and Sons, that carry a large variety of fruit and vegetables as well as meats and Georgia Grown products.

    Carter and Sons also operate a restaurant on site. Guess and Son’s at the market buys pecans in season as well as operating a retail store. Come by and see all that the Valdosta Market has to offer!
