With 4.5 million acres of cropland and diverse agricultural sectors, Georgia offers an assortment of agritourism sites and destinations that visitors are sure to enjoy. From corn mazes to pick-your-own veggies, it's a great way to enjoy the outdoors and to teach your children where their food comes from.

Community Farmers Markets

Georgia is blessed to have a large number of thriving community farmers markets. These markets are places where farmers can sell directly to their neighbors. They are often operated by non-profits, or local governments.

State Farmers Markets

A network of nine State Farmers Markets provide fresh fruits and vegetables throughout Georgia and the Southeast. They’re a valuable market for farmers and farm products in their communities. Georgia’s State Farmers Markets are responsible for over $1 billion in sales each year.

Fairs

State and County Fairs celebrate agricultural heritage and the rural life. They offer an affordable source of family fun, education, and entertainment. Visit your local county fair for a great time!
