Celebrate Georgia Ag Week: March 17-23, 2025

Georgia Ag Week celebrates the incredible contributions of Georgia’s agriculture industry from March 17-23, 2025. It’s a time to recognize everyone from farmers and food producers to schools and government agencies. Communities across Georgia will come together to honor our state’s #1 industry and all those who make it thrive.

Georgia Ag Week provides a unique opportunity for students, legislators, educators, and more to highlight the incredible work of our farmers – who rise before dawn and retire well after dark to provide the food, fiber, and shelter the rest of us rely on. This year, as farm families are just beginning what will be a multi-year recovery effort from Hurricane Helene, it is critical we support the Georgia Ag Community. We hope you will join us in celebrating Georgia farmers during Georgia Ag Week.

Georgia Agriculture Week

Celebrating Georgia Ag Week is a statewide effort, with participation from schools, community groups, government organizations, and nonprofits. The Georgia Department of Agriculture will host themed events each day throughout the week, engaging communities of all kinds.
