Innovative Solutions, Inc. is recalling raw ground chicken patty productsthat may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of bone, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced.
The chicken patty products were produced on various dates from Aug. 16 to Sep. 29, 2021. The following products are subject to recall:
- 1-lb. cardboard packages containing four pieces of “TRADER JOE’S CHILE LIME CHICKEN BURGERS” with lot codes 2281, 2291, 2311, 2351, 2361, 2371, 2441, 2511, 2521, 2531, 2561, 2591, 2601, 2671, or 2721 represented on the label.
9-lb. bulk-pack boxes containing 72 pieces of “SPINACH FETA CHICKEN SLIDERS” with lot codes 2361 or 2631 represented on the label.
The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. P-8276” printed near the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products
ILG International Trading, Inc (11/12/2021)
ILG International Trading, Inc is recalling 500 g (17 oz) packages of Natural Delight Collection Natural Dried Apricots because they contain undeclared sulfites. Consumers who have severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product.
The recalled Natural Delight Collection Natural Dried Apricots, product of Uzbekistan, were distributed nationwide in retail stores. The product comes in a 500 g (17 oz) cardboard box marked with a best before date of 03/30/2022. The product UPC code is 811579000533. No illnesses or allergic reactions involving this product have been reported to date.
Euro Foods (11/10/2021)
Euro Foods is recalling salame stick products that may be contaminated with Salmonella the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. FSIS issued a public health alert for the salame stick products on October 29, 2021, believing that the product was no longer in commerce. However, following this alert, FSIS observed product available at one retail location and two Citterio salame stick samples previously collected by the California Department of Public Health have tested positive for Salmonella.
The Italian-style salame stick items were produced prior to October 25, 2021. The following products are subject to recall:
- 2-oz. packages containing Citterio “Premium Italian-Style Salame Sticks ALL NATURAL” with “best by” dates through January 23, 2022, located next to the barcode.
The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 4010” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide and exported to Bermuda.
FSIS has been working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state public health partners to investigate a multistate outbreak of 31 Salmonella I 4,[5],12:i:- illnesses in 10 states with onset dates ranging from September 18, 2021 through October 18, 2021. The epidemiologic and traceback investigation identified that ill people consumed Citterio Italian-style Salame Sticks produced by Euro Foods Inc. Two unopened, intact, packages of Citterio Italian-style Salame Sticks collected by the California Department of Public Health as part of the ongoing investigation tested positive for Salmonella. Further testing is ongoing to determine if the product samples are related to the outbreak.
Southeastern Grocers (SEG) (11/05/2021)
Southeastern Grocers (SEG) is recalling Fisherman's Wharf brand Jumbo Cooked Shrimp, Frozen 16-20 count due to the detection of possible listeria on the product, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
This product was sold in all Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie stores. Should a customer still have this product, it should be thrown away or returned to any store for a full refund. The affected product and corresponding UPC code is below:

Murray Int'l Trading is recalling Angelicae Sinensis because it may contain elevated levels of lead and cadmium. The Angelicae Sinensis is used to make a soup. Angelicae Sinensis was distributed in the following states. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachutes, Connecticut, Washington DC, Virginia, Delaware, Rhode Island, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Texas through retail stores.
The Herbal Doctor Brand Angelicae Sinensis is packed in a green plastic bag weighing 16oz (454g). It has a series of barcode numbers.

Dole Fresh Vegetables, Inc. is recalling garden salad due to a possible health risk from Listeria monocytogenes. Dole Fresh Vegetables is coordinating closely with regulatory officials. No illnesses connected to any of the recalled lot codes have been reported to date. The products being recalled are:

Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
The lot code and Best if Used By date are located on the upper right corner of the bag and the UPC code is located on the bottom left corner of the back of the bag. The impacted products were distributed in AL, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, NC, PA, SC, VA. This product is beyond its “Best If Used By” date and should no longer be on retail shelves. Consumers are advised to check product they have in their homes and discard any product matching these lot and UPC codes and Best if Used By dates.
This precautionary Recall notification is being issued due to a single sample of garden salad which yielded a positive result for Listeria monocytogenes in a random sample test conducted by the Department of Agriculture in Georgia.
MaryRuth's (10/29/2021)
MaryRuth's is recalling liquid probiotic for infants (1oz) due to the possibility of contamination by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a microorganism found in the environment that, if ingested, can cause infection in immunocompromised individuals or, rarely, in very young infants. The company is asking consumers to throw away product from both affected lot numbers. Impacted consumers may contact MaryRuth's Customer Care Center to request a full refund.
This recall only affects two lots of the product, Lot #100420218 and Lot #100520218, UPC barcode number 856645008587. Lot numbers are located on the side of the bottle and on the bottom of the outer container in which the product is sold. No other lots or any other MaryRuth's products are affected by this recall. This product is distributed nationwide through Target, Amazon, and direct sales from the company's website.

Bobo's is recalling Bobo's 4-Pack Almond Butter Protein Bars because they may contain undeclared peanuts. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The 4-Pack Almond Butter Protein Bars were distributed through select Target stores nationwide. The product can be identified by the 4-pack Multipack UPC:8-29262-00326-6, the individual bar UPC:8-29262-00201-6, the Master Case UPC:8-29262-00370-9, and lot code found on a stamp on the back of the bar: 1H18403L, Best By 5/15/2022. The bars are 2.2oz and were sold in a 4-pack.
Cedar's Mediterranean Foods (10/25/2021)
Cedar's Mediterranean Foods is recalling Cedar's Organic Mediterranean Hommus 10 oz. because it may contain an incorrect back label and undeclared allergen (Pine Nut). People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to Tree Nuts run the risk of serious or life threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The product was distributed in MA, FL, GA, NC, OR, OK, LA, AZ, CO, WI, MD, OH, CA, NV, NM, UT, MO, ME, NY, KS, AL, TN, MN, The Cedar’s Organic Mediterranean Hommus is packaged in a 10 oz. plastic container, with a UPC Code: 044115403028. The product is a refrigerated product with a Sell by Date DEC 12, 2021 (32I21). Sell by Date and Batch code information can be found printed on containers lid. Cedar’s initiated the recall when it was discovered that a mislabeled container failed to scan at the point of sale. No illnesses have been confirmed to date.

EveryPlate is conducting a recall of its onions due to the potential presence of salmonella bacteria. Please discard all onions received from July 7, 2021 through September 8, 2021. EveryPlate recommends disposing of onions received during the specified time period. Please note that onions received after September 8, 2021 are not affected by this recall.
