The state offers a variety of health insurance plans to choose from, including plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, and United Health Care.

Flexible benefits include vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as long/short term disability, and specified illness coverage, among others.

Qualified employees receive 10 hours of sick and annual leave per month and 13 paid holidays each year.
